REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused, unworn items within 30 days of the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees, unless there was a mistake on our end and you received the wrong product. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@yahwehbranded.com

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via USPS for domestic orders including Puerto Rico and Canada.

TRANSIT TIMES

Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days

International Shipping: Please allow for 10 to 14 days for delivery

Orders placed on a Friday may not ship till Monday.  We do not ship over the weekends or holidays.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION**

Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Orders placed by or before 10AM of the day will ship that same day***

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request.
